This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies Capturia uses on its website (capturia.io, its sales and sign-up pages) and on its platform (app.capturia.io, admin.capturia.io), what they are for, and how you can refuse measurement or change your choice at any time.
On capturia.io, Capturia measures its ads and site traffic with the tools marked "Unless you refuse" below: they are active as soon as you arrive and stop if you refuse them. The notice at the top of the site's pages lets you refuse; on our workshop sign-up page, it opens with "Manage my cookies", at the bottom of the page. Here is everything we use:
Required for the website and the platform to work, they cannot be turned off: sign-in session, Google Calendar and Zoom connection protection, language preference and the memory of your cookie choice. They are not used to identify, locate or profile you within the meaning of Law 25.
Google Analytics and Metricool measure site traffic: page views, where visits come from, page speed. They are active as soon as you arrive. If you refuse, they stop measuring and the Google Analytics cookies are deleted. Ahrefs Web Analytics also counts visits, without cookies or identifiers, and stays active.
When we compare two versions of a sales page, a cookie keeps you on the same version for 30 days, so the page doesn't change from one visit to the next. It holds only a random identifier and is never shared with a third party.
The Meta pixel measures how well our Facebook and Instagram ads work, and we remember the campaign that brought you to the site. These measurements are active as soon as you arrive and stop if you refuse them: the pixel stops measuring, its cookies are deleted, and Capturia no longer sends Meta any event about you, neither from your browser nor from its servers, including for the contact details you already gave us from this browser. Your refusal is kept with your contact details if you give them to us.
You can refuse or change your choice at any time: the button below (or "Manage my cookies", at the bottom of the site's pages) reopens the notice at the top of the page, and a refusal takes effect right away. You can also clear cookies from your browser settings; if you block essential cookies, you will no longer be able to sign in to the platform.
