Post-Meeting Suite
The Automatic CloserYour sales meeting is recorded and analyzed. From there, the chain kicks in: rep coaching, SMS follow-ups matched to the verdict, a quote already priced, a personalized proposal that closes, payment, contract, client welcome. And you pick the automation level.
The chain
The chain, link by link
Every link feeds the next. And every deal can be followed end to end — meeting, quote, proposal, contract, payment — with no dead ends.
Link 1
Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or a manually uploaded recording — the meeting is recorded and transcribed, with zero effort from the rep.
Link 2
Summary, key moments, objections, buying signals — plus a detailed coaching score by competency. Your rep sees exactly where they win and where they lose; you see the team patterns.
Link 3
Justified buying index out of 100, a personalized SMS follow-up plan built from what was actually said in the meeting. You pick the mode: your rep triggers, reviews before sending, or lets it run automatically.
Link 4
The analysis creates a quote draft: products pulled from your catalog, prices heard in the meeting, GST/QST calculated. Your rep reviews and adjusts — if it sits, reminders at 2 h and 12 h, owner escalation at 24 h.
Link 5
A page with their name on it: chosen excerpts from the meeting, an offer with options built by your rep — the payable amount follows the selection —, a countdown on price validity, and an AI closer that answers objections and offers a meeting, 24/7.
Link 6
Deposit, installments or payment in full — collected straight into your Stripe account, not ours. Apple Pay and Google Pay included: two taps and it's done.
Link 7
From the won deal, one click creates the pre-filled contract. Signature with a verification code, timestamped certificate, document fingerprint — valid in Quebec.
Link 8
On the first payment, the welcome goes out on its own: welcome email and SMS, and the proposal page becomes the onboarding assistant that answers “what now?” and books the kickoff meeting.
The building blocks
Each link in the chain is a full Capturia solution in its own right. The Post-Meeting Suite is the thread that connects them — and follows every deal end to end.
The analysis and follow-up engine: every meeting decoded, every lead followed up by SMS based on the verdict.
Explore IntelliSuivi™The coaching link: every call scored by competency, every score backed by an excerpt from the conversation.
Explore Call ReviewThe deal file: pipeline, quotes, proposals and contracts in one place, tied to the same prospect.
Explore the CRMIntelliSuivi™ is the engine: meeting analysis and smart follow-ups. The Post-Meeting Suite is the full chain built around it — coaching, quote, proposal, payment, contract, client welcome. Same brand, scope extended all the way to cash.
You choose, step by step. The quote draft creates itself after the analysis; follow-ups run in manual, review or automatic mode; the contract is created in one click from the won deal; the client welcome fires on its own at the first payment. The automation works — your rep keeps the wheel wherever you want.
Phone calls are recorded, analyzed and coached too. The quote → proposal chain, though, kicks in from video meetings — Zoom, Meet, Teams — or an uploaded recording.
No. Payments are collected straight into your own Stripe account, connected to your platform. Deposit, installments or full amount — it's your money, in your account, from the moment of the transaction.
The Post-Meeting Suite is the heart of the Entreprise plan — everything that happens after the meeting. Propulsion covers the upstream (finding and qualifying your leads) and Prestige adds pre-suasion and SMS follow-ups.
A 45-minute masterclass shows you the full chain — from analyzed meeting to client welcome.
