Capturia provides a lead capture and conversion platform using artificial intelligence, including:

• AI conversational bots for lead qualification
• Integrations with your existing CRM tools
• Website analysis and optimization recommendations
• Tracking dashboard and reporting

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be a legally constituted business or independent professional. You must have the authority to bind your organization to these terms.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Payment and Billing

Setup fees are payable upon signing. Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance. All payments are non-refundable, except under our performance guarantees.

5. Guarantees

Our performance commitments are detailed on our Double Capturia Guarantee™ page. Guarantees apply according to the conditions specified in that documentation.

6. Intellectual Property

Capturia retains all rights to its technology, bots, and methods. You retain all rights to your customer data. You grant us a limited license to process this data as part of our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or business interruption.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access in case of violation of these terms.

9. Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to you by email. Your continued use after notification constitutes your acceptance.
