We started Capturia because SMB sales is broken. Every day in Quebec, hundreds of thousands of opportunities are lost — leads ignored, follow-ups forgotten, appointments no-showed, contacts gone cold. Not for lack of talent. For lack of system.
For 17 years, I watched the same scenarios play out. The overloaded salesperson who misses the hot lead. The SMB paying for leads they can't convert.
